General Motors Recognizes Vic Alfonso Cadillac With Only Master Dealer Award In The Northwest

PORTLAND -- General Motors has awarded the Cadillac Master Dealer Award to Vic Alfonso Cadillac of Portland for 2003. The award is given to dealerships based on their sales performance and customer satisfaction. Vic Alfonso was the only dealership in Oregon and Washington to receive the award. Less than 15% of Cadillac dealers nationwide receive the award each year.

Vic Alfonso Cadillac was also recognized as being one of the top 75 dealerships nationwide for GM's Standards For Excellence (SFE) program for 2003. Cadillac conducts detailed research at each of its dealerships to see where its strengths are and where it needs to improve. The focus is on the customer's experience. If customers are satisfied, a dealer's SFE index will go up. Since implementing this program ten years ago, Cadillac boasts the best customer satisfaction rating among all GM Brands. And recently, J.D. Power satisfaction index ranked Cadillac second in sales and third in customer service for all car brands.
